How to Access the Patient Portal

From the HOME PAGE of Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine:

Click on: PATIENT PORTAL

You will be directed to PORTAL LOGIN

• Enter you USER ID - which is the email you are using with Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine
• Enter PASSWORD – use “password”
• Click on SIGN IN
• If “password” is not accepted, click on FORGOT PASSWORD and re-enter email and you will be asked to enter an Anti-Spam Code

A TEMPORARY PASSWORD will be sent to your email.
Go back to Portal Login, enter your email and temporary password sent to you.

Once you are logged in you will be asked to CHANGE PASSWORD

After your password is changed you will arrive at the BULLETIN BOARD page, and you are now able to use your portal!

Options include VISITS & APPOINTMENTS, MESSAGES and BILLS.
