We participate in most medical insurance plans including Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, Medicare, Independent Health, Community Blue (Choice Blue), Community Blue Advantage, Univera Healthcare, Choice Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, North Americare, North American Preferred and Nova Healthcare. We are also adding new plans as they become available.
However, not every physician participates in all of these plans. Please inquire directly with our staff about which physician may participate in your particular plan.

You can quickly compare health plan options and apply for assistance that could lower the cost of your health coverage. You may also qualify for health care coverage from Medicaid or Child Health Plus through the Marketplace. Anyone can apply.
